Seller for Online Orders

Own Silent International Limited is the seller for orders placed through online checkout.

Orders & Product Nature

All OWNSILENT-manufactured parts are custom made to your approved vehicle details, specification and finish. We do not offer ready-made stock for immediate dispatch.

Genuine and used parts are sourced to order from third-party suppliers; they are not manufactured by OWNSILENT. The part number, compatibility, condition and included components must be confirmed in writing before you approve sourcing.

Review and approve the vehicle details, part number where applicable, dimensions, finish, quantity, included components and any disclosed condition or wear before production or sourcing is authorized. Ask us to clarify anything uncertain before ordering.

Full Payment at Checkout

For orders accepted through online checkout, the amount displayed as the final order total is payable in full through the payment method shown at checkout. The order total includes the product subtotal and the shipping charge for the cargo method selected by the customer.

The seller does not add a separate surcharge merely for choosing PayPal. PayPal, a card issuer or another financial institution may separately disclose currency-conversion or other charges that it independently applies under its own terms.

Post-Payment KYC & Vehicle Verification

Successful payment does not by itself constitute final approval for custom manufacturing, third-party sourcing, fulfilment or dispatch. After payment, the customer may be required to complete identity and vehicle verification before the order is approved.

  • The customer must provide a valid full legal name and the requested identity-verification document or information.
  • The customer must provide the vehicle VIN/chassis number and any requested vehicle registration document, vehicle photographs, make, model, manufacturing year or other fitment information.
  • Information and documents must be authentic, current where applicable, legible and consistent with the customer and vehicle for which the order is intended.
  • The customer should provide only the information requested for verification and should not upload unrelated sensitive information.

KYC Review & Order Approval

A paid order may remain in KYC Pending or KYC Review status until the seller completes its review. During this period, the order is not approved for fulfilment and is held from production, sourcing or dispatch until the required approval is complete.

If the submitted information is incomplete, inconsistent or cannot reasonably be verified, we may request correction, resubmission or additional reasonable verification. KYC approval changes the order to an approved/confirmed status so fulfilment can proceed.

KYC Rejection or Failure to Provide Documents

The seller may reject KYC or cancel an order where required KYC is not provided within a reasonable requested period, where verification cannot reasonably be completed, or where information appears materially inconsistent, misleading, fraudulent or otherwise unsuitable for order verification.

Any refund, reversal or other financial treatment following a cancellation is governed by the applicable Return & Refund Policy, the circumstances and timing of the cancellation, the payment-provider rules and any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Cancellation of an order does not by itself forfeit the payment. If we cannot fulfil the agreed order, we will explain the position and confirm the appropriate refund or reversal. We do not substitute a different part, condition or specification without your agreement.

Vehicle Information & Fitment

The customer is responsible for providing accurate vehicle information requested for compatibility review. This can include VIN/chassis number, make, model, model year, trim, market specification, left-hand-drive/right-hand-drive configuration, existing-part photographs, measurements, connector photographs and part numbers.

The customer and installer must inspect products before any permanent drilling, cutting, painting, bonding, wiring, programming or other modification. If a compatibility concern is identified, installation should stop and OWNSILENT should be contacted before permanent work proceeds.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Air cargo: approximately 5–15 days after dispatch.
  • Sea cargo: approximately 18–60 days after dispatch.
  • Custom manufacturing or third-party sourcing takes place before dispatch. Production and sourcing lead times are separate from shipping transit estimates and depend on the approved order. A catalogue listing or displayed price does not mean a part is held in stock or ready to ship.
  • Customs clearance, duties, taxes, inspections, port congestion, weather, carrier schedules and destination procedures may affect delivery timing.

The shipping charge for the selected method is shown as an amount at checkout before payment. Production or sourcing time is additional to the transit estimate.

Customs, Import Charges & Insurance

The seller is not responsible for customs clearance in the destination country. Unless expressly included in a written quotation or invoice, the buyer/importer is responsible for import clearance, duties, VAT/GST, taxes, brokerage, storage, destination handling, permits and other destination-country charges.

Shipping/cargo insurance is not included in the standard shipping charge unless expressly stated in writing. Where available, insurance may be quoted separately.

Cancellation, Returns, Damage & Refunds

All custom-made orders and all genuine or used parts sourced to order are final sale. We do not offer voluntary cancellations, returns, refunds or exchanges for a change of mind, a change of vehicle or project, or an incorrect specification supplied and approved by the customer.

There is no voluntary cancellation grace period after ordering. This applies to custom manufacturing and to genuine or used parts sourced for your order, including orders awaiting verification, production, sourcing or dispatch.

These restrictions do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Incorrect, misdescribed, damaged or defective goods are reviewed separately under the Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Cancellation, buyer-remorse returns, made-to-order restrictions, incorrect or defective products, transit-damage evidence, return authorization, return shipping and refund processing are governed by the published Return & Refund Policy.

KYC Privacy

Identity and vehicle-verification information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. KYC documents are intended for private order verification and are not intended to be published as public website content.

Professional Installation & Local Compliance

Automotive parts should be installed by an appropriately qualified workshop or technician. The customer is responsible for local registration, road-use, emissions, safety, homologation and other legal requirements that apply to the vehicle or installed product unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise.

Applicable Order Terms & Mandatory Rights

The written specification, disclosed condition, quotation and product-specific warranty agreed for your order operate with these policies. A later website change does not retrospectively remove an agreed right. A voluntary warranty or final-sale condition cannot exclude protection required by applicable law.
