Machined Rotor Quality Control

Machined ring components move through batch staging and manual inspection. Runout, balance and dimensional compliance require calibrated measurement reports.

01

Post-machining visual inspection

Edges, holes and visible surfaces should be reviewed for damage, contamination and inconsistent finishing before the component advances.

02

Dimensional and runout records

Diameter, thickness, mounting geometry and runout require calibrated measurement. No numerical result should be inferred from a workshop photograph.

03

Balance and release status

Balance results and final release status must follow each component through assembly and require a recorded machine readout.

Frequently asked questions

Which manufacturing parameters require controlled production records?+

Material grade, machine settings, tolerances and acceptance results require controlled production records and measured inspection results.

Do the visible preform sizes identify a specific vehicle?+

No. Vehicle application is approved only after VIN, axle, brake hardware and wheel-clearance review.

Are unpictured furnace or silicon-infiltration stages being claimed?+

Carbonisation and silicon infiltration require confirmed process records and are outside this stage.
